Refunds for cancelled orders start within 3 business days and reach e-wallets in 1 to 3 business days or bank accounts in 3 to 7 business days.

What is your Platform Fee Philosophy?

Joining as a basic partner is free. Grateful Prints charges a commission only on successful sales: 10% on physical printing, crafted products and merchandise, and 15% on custom design, layout and paid customization. The commission is deducted from the partner's item sale, not added to the customer's price. Delivery fees and other approved adjustments are shown separately. In the Digital Store, the buyer pays the listed price, Grateful Prints keeps a 15% Store fee from each sale, and the seller receives 85%. Each Store sale keeps the fee in force when its order was placed.
