All partners go through a review that includes portfolio review, reference checks, and ongoing customer ratings. Only approved partners appear on the platform.

What payment methods do you accept?

GCash, Maya, and bank transfer. Each payment is verified by our team before work begins. Credit/debit cards and cash options are coming soon.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel immediately from your Orders page while no partner has accepted it. Once a partner accepts, contact them or our support team instead; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
